If you are a member of an organisation that uses the Hall and that organisation does not currently have a representative on the Hall's management committee, why not come along to the next meeting and introduce yourself?  Each user group is entitled to have a member represent them on the committee and keeping in-touch with the day-to-day running of the Hall is a good way to make sure the interests of your group are looked after.
